While I get that this might make sense for those who live in Facebook, I think using professional content management tools is far more productive (and helps people cure their FB addiction).

Personally, for my personal content strategy I combine Pocket and Diigo to curate content, and then use IFTTT to couple content curation to other activities such as like task management, knowledge ingesting, content creation & marketing, etc.
