Finding a Medium balance

So if I understand correctly, the ‘recruit progressive bloggers’ job ad I reacted to is actually part of a larger, balanced picture? If so, that’s encouraging.

So will you and the new recruit share the same office space, shooting looks of fear and loathing at each other as you rally your respective Causes? Love to be a fly on the wall! ;)

Why not simply have a team that is dedicated to recruiting Thinkers, without having a ‘Team L’ (Lily-hearted Libertarians) and ‘Team R’ (Redneck Reactionaries), thereby building polarisation into the very heart of Medium?
