Sounds like you have a very interesting, and very challenging, job on your collective hands. Over here in Europe, we have multiple political rifts: between left and right, green, fascist, pro- & anti-EU, and of course between 28 countries as well. Plenty of hatred and polarisation, mixed in with 1000 years of national rivalry and warfare.
